    The Vorlons haven't come out. If the Shadows were moving, the Vorlons would be at least visible. OTL they came out and had at least an ambassador at Babylon 5, and even then some Minbari were unable to believe the Shadows were moving. It's hard to imagine two entire castes convincing themselves...
