Turkey doesn't need nukes it's under the US nuclear umbrella hell the US has a stockpile of tactical nukes at a jointly operated airbase in Turkey

I'll note that Israel could in theory make most of the shit it buys from the US or get it from other sources including fighter aircraft so long as the US didn't pull a France circa 1968 and not fulfill existing contracts.

And well Israel isn't all that dependent on Foreign Aid the stuff we send them falls under the nice to have but not absolutely needed category. And to put it bluntly most of that money ends up spent in the US anyways

I will note that said incident was basically the result of a screwup. That happens in war no how much you try to prevent it from happening.
