Well yeah many world conquering supervillains like cobra commander or Dr Doom would make the world better because worm is a sucky universe many others would be preferable like Fallout.
No I think she has cobra commander in her head you know the bad guy from GI Joe. Though unless she gets access to the crazy superwespons or loyal ninja not sure how helpful he will be.
