The question is I suppose are there any potential arguments or strategies that could convince the 'Xenocidal' jury of Spartan 3's of the Yautja's charges being dismissed or exonerated that isn't basically hoping that Q will grant a mistrial to his own Kangaroo Court?

It'd actually be more interesting if Q was the Judge or Jury. The fact it's a Kangaroo Court is totally in line with a Q styled Inquisition anyways and considering the premise, be more interesting then a strict legal drama anyhow with the lack of any objective standard or rules. :p
