    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

What does this have to do with anything? But in theory they can order an investigation into the irregularities and suspend the election results in the meantime (or something to that effect, not sure on the exact jurisdictions of those specific courts). So why a complete dismissal? If he proved...

OK, so what's the problem with that? To my understanding, the thousands of affidavits could be used to argue for this position just as well. Why were the claims dismissed? Why was the evidence considered insufficient?

If the lawsuit was filed because of fraud allegations, yet Giuliani agreed that there was no fraud, how did he justify the lawsuit? What DID he allege, in front of the judge, if not massive fraud?

No, it's not. But it's suspicious enough to merit further investigation. The fact that one wasn't, and isn't going to be conducted is a disgrace.

And in a functional system, this weak/anecdotal evidence should have been enough to trigger a deeper, more professional investigation. Where's the FBI? Why is nobody investigating Dominion? On the contrary, it seems like the American political establishment is determined to deliberately look the...

I don't necessarily advocate that pushing this narrative is the best way to go forward, just that it might be the most likely explanation to what happened. The fact that it's difficult to prove and not politically palatable is another matter.

My take on it (and keep in mind, this is just my personal speculation, although there's some evidence that hints in this direction) is that there was no conspiracy, but a widespread organizational culture of fraud, subtly and/or openly encouraged by Democrats from different levels of the party...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

The next few years are going to be horrifying for the entire world. All the while, the media, the Democratic party, Hollywood celebrities and the bureaucrats of the European Union, will insist that the world is in the best state ever. All the while more human rights will be taken away from...

What? No I haven't. I thought he had a decent chance right up until the supreme court shot him down, from there on it's obvious that the battle has been lost.

Pence isn't going to do it, Biden will be president, calling it now.

Or the existing evidence is not strong enough for court, although it's convincing for a layman. Personally I think it has merit, but that's not the same as being accepted by the court, and they need to be pretty sure to mess around with the people's votes. Maybe, but that doesn't explain why...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

It's been over for awhile now, it seems. The focus should be on fighting the Dems tooth and nail now, instead of wasting time and energy on a doomed attempt to prove an apparently unprovable case of election fraud. The Republicans should be ready to counter a strong push to reverse Trump's...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

What's the leftist narrative regarding the affidavits, the videos and the coordinated interstate nightly break and resumption of counting? The disappearance of Dominion officials from the internet, the ties with Venezuela? CNNs own reporting on how unsafe voting systems are 10 years ago? If...

They legitimately think these states will secede and make slavery legal again. I don't even... what!?

Maybe this "standard procedure" should be chucked out of the window this time because, you know, the election results are contested and there's an ongoing investigation? "We do this every election" doesn't cut it. This election is NOT like every other election.

Bacle, can you stop being a hot headed idiot with a martyr complex for 2 Goddamn seconds? If the courts, including the supreme court should it come to that, will not find Trump's fraud allegations convincing, then their decision should be respected. It will not give Trump any more legitimacy...

<deleted content> I don't share that feeling, and I'm not someone who is easily duped. I'd say that the left-wing propaganda about him being a conman is affecting your judgement and view of the man. In any case, this subjective feeling is not something that is shared by most Americans, only...
