There is no proof of explosives. There are seismograph events, but those wouldn't be able to tell the difference between deliberate sabotage and a pipeline rupture. A whole lot of people are running their mouths with no proof right now.

I'm gonna point out here that pipelines can, in fact, explode even without anyone causing it.
