Uhh, Central & South American Latino are a distinct ethnicity from Iberian. The Spanish encourage mixing, so it's technically a hybrid of various indigenous & Iberian, and now distinct from both.

As someone who's been on them at one point, the doctors do know they aren't a magic pill. They also "knew" that everyone was different and getting the proper does often took trial and error. Which in hindsight, makes sense as they apparently do nothing!
