Indiana Jones and Hogan's Heroes... they both fight Nazis, and it would make a great narrative for the professor to get behind enemy lines during the war.

The serenity strikes me more as a small primitive jumpship with landing gear and a pair of shuttles. Not quite rules legal, but it is within the realm of possibility to have a periphery real specialize their jump core designs to be small and cheap as possible.

Protoss, also Zerg, but mainly the Protoss. Lore wise they had a huge fleet, which was doing something to safeguard younger races. They never pulled their whole fleet into any of the conflicts durign the games until Amon hijacked it. The Zerg for theit part are natural predators for the Orks...

I'm thinking its just one Tenno. They aren't physically travelling into Yarmin, they are dreaming into it during the stasis between the fall of the Orokin and the start of the game. The Man in The Wall does not seem to be malevolent, but is unsettling and drives people mad. Which is also...

The slipspace drive on the Phoenix is about house sized rather than half the ship. Also small Slipspace drives are common and cheap enough that ONI decided that it was a believable cover to register one of their ships as a Slipspace capable Yacht.

I once saw one fic where a splinter group of cylons settled down in the periphery around the time of the clan invasion. The splinter group was made of a set of defective/anti-social bio-cylon models. It was dead years ago when I found it, but it had a few interesting ideas that could be...

Halo is very much a future of the 90s compared to the BTech future of the 80s atmosphere. NBSG is honestly a better fit. Most of the technology in NBSG are things you could see the Inner Sphere eventuality developing if there wasn't an Ameris Civil war and the resulting technological collapse.

Exalted. The warp and the Wyld are a pretty good match for each other, and it sets up a nice rock-paper-scissors where Exalted beat warp pushittery, which defeats mortals with more dakka, which defeat exalts. Though that last one can be by pretty slim margins.

SS13 is a better fit for RedDwarf than either of those.

I've been doing some home-brew for a starcraft/battletech crossover in the battle-tech thread. The basis is replacing the UED with the Star League. The Kuprulu sector is crazy from the deep periphery that barely anyone believes even with tech samples and heavy losses that altered the course of...

In any crossover with magic, you can have E-zero by powered by necromancy/the souls of the dead from massed die offs, and suddenly the cycle makes much more sense. The allergic reaction to E-zero is actually a reaction to the spiritual impurities of those who died to create the E-zero. The...
