The Puazi are simply a fetish race for porn art. They appeared in a minicomic and then have a full comic made by incase. They are an exuse for porn art with alien girls.

The cherry on top has to be the fact that one of the alien races is based on Incase's race of space-succubi the Puazi, who literally go sex crazy over human men's smell.
