From what I recall FDR wished he could have dictated terms in WW1 to essentially keep the lands of the German empire intact, Basically he tells Poland to get fucked over Prussia and keep the Hohenzollerns in power to butterfly WW2 away and have a power actually capable of being a "bulwark...- Word Count: 67
