The Sietch will be brought offline for HPG systems maintenance tomorrow (Thursday, 2 May 2024). Please remain calm and do not start any interstellar wars while ComStar is busy.
May the Peace of Blake be with you.
Precentor Dune
Don’t remember that, that said been a few years since I played New Vegas....I somehow didn’t get the ending where he gets pardoned and becomes a teacher even when I managed to get him the power armor and the enclave remnants fighting
It’s nice seeing the Director’s Cut more-or-less expand on stuff
Say, any chance that Valentine’s quest will still be followed?
It will be interesting whether or not that Ghoul mob boss will be tried for crimes committed more than two centuries ago
Now that I think about it, what about that...
Speaking of superior technology, any chance of getting the tech for arcologies that the Vaults look to more or less have?
Both from The Institute and that insane Ghoul lady in that Vault who admires Doctor Braun and goes on aboyt how the ONLY ways to serve the Greater Good is to do “necessary...
The fact that high-ordinance and firepower is needed for wasteland critters by an organised military still goes to show how dangerous wildlife has become.
Does Russia have Metro 2033/34/35-esque mutants all over the surface? And does the waters have giant sharks or fish that eat people?
@Navarro
This is from me playing Remnant: From The Ashes, but gotta ask, does the Enclave work on advancing melee weapons? Because I’d think it to be a good idea for when guns don’t do enough and a mutant monster is real close
Given how surprisingly long this on and off sort of war between the Enclave and the NCR is, just what sort of advantages does the NCR have over the Enclave? Because I doubt its economic or military or scientific
I don’t think it was established in the sequel’s sequel, but how long will it be till a cure for being Supermutants and Ghouls is made? They managed to make a stable strain of FEV to augment basic soldiers while not making them all basically roided dudes on the outside, but was what occurred...
Okay, give me a link as soon as its done
@Navarro since we’ve seen the sequel’s sequel, just how significant is the NCR in-terms of the entire planet given that the Enclave has relations with Germany and Britain last I checked. The NCR is kinda sounding like some sort of crazy paranoid nation...
And the Enclave probably has entire digital libraries, even including files like The Art of War by Sun Tzu
Say @Navarro, I don’t think this was covered, but does the Enclave-USA have its own entertainment industry? I’m thinking of things like music bands with recordings, videogames like the...
For me it was the fact that they were running at me, sometimes in large numbers and me not being such a good shot
The latter sound like they’re JustFollowingOrders and aren’t caring too much about the whole genetic purity stuff
That said, I wonder, how exactly were the first days of when the...
Sure, just so you know, I admittedly only ever played Fallout New Vegas and 4, I had Fallout3 once but I played it severely wrong as I barely even knew how to play and kept thinking my biggest most dangerous enemies were Feral Ghouls
Heh, guess Caesar really was a moron in that regard and just was conveniently facing guys who weren’t allowed to fight them off properly
I really wondered how he would have even kept Vegas’ economy given all the things he bans and there are a large number of women who wouldn’t want to be...
Well, I think in a way Caesar would have a point, IF the Enclave’s forces were totally incompetent without power armor to protect them from most attacks and not good at CQC, aiming, reconnaissance, medicine and being resourceful while not wearing Power Armor
Are guys using Iron Weaponry and...
Wow, his ego's really fucking strong if he can keep on thinking of E-US Soldiers as weak, though that maybe because they have superior equipment to compensate for not being able to just rush in and get good at fighting and killing.
I guess he'd be getting drunk or going mad at the last days of...
Okay, though what I meant was, what would Caesar think? I mean he does justify his actions as the NCR being weak or how he does things better, somehow
The fact the Enclave does both the NCR and him better in-terms of infrastructure and security would make him look unjustified or just a warlord...
I was thinking more along the lines of Caesar’s reaction of “The Enclave are back and they come as conqueror and not destroyers, but also come as builders loved by the people without much fear”
Well, aside from the public flogging and who decided first to go about hanging raiders and criminals...
So many lives lost over an identity crisis. Unless the NCR can give reasons as to why they're the better America to join, they're screwed. They already lost the technological ARMS Race and the first has better infrastructure, larger population and less corruption and isn't dealing with being...
