TL;DW: This involves the Proud Boys trial. An FBI agent was present and attempted to hide the fact. The FBI hid evidence. The FBI destroyed evidence. The DoJ apparently believes that attorney/client confidentiality does not apply to people who are incarcerated and wants to record phone calls...
