I've been too burned to care about anything new they make, unless it's somehow the old team that did the first one coming back.

Personally, I only really like the first game anyway.

Seems to me the team was way more concerned with not making the female characters too pretty and making sure the romance options were what they wanted than in making sure the plot made any kind of sense.

Uh, yeah. Some of them are even kind of plot important. In the first game you might end up having to kill one of your crewmates, and the second game has all kinds of it.

So, question for the legendary edition:

I would do a series, but I would also deviate significantly from the plot of the last two games, with only some side missions and some characters surviving from them. It would probably work pretty well to have a season per game.

I still maintain the first game was best, though there were elements of the second game I liked. Like Zaheed. :D Anyway, as for the article, I kind of skimmed it, but between their opinion on the genophage being literally wrong, because what we learned in the games themselves contradicted...

They're just butthurt because they think they should be the only ones who are able to pressure companies into changing their products for them, but instead the companies are listening to the people who actually buy their products. ;)

Oh no, there are still such people. It actually resurfaced recently thanks to the new remastered version they just released. They are actually complaining that BioWare made that extended cut ending because of people complaining.

I actually really hope they don't try making a movie or TV series out of it.

That actually reminds me of another lame contrivance of the soft-reboot - they just hand-waved Vigil away by saying the power was out by the time anyone else got there, and apparently even with all the time in the world, no one was able to get it up and running again. IMO, that's where Liara...

It really does though. ;) I can stare at that butt anytime I want - that isn't the point. The point is censorship being forced by a bunch of prudes which is, like it or not, going to take something away from the game that plenty of people appreciated. Not only that, but it will likely lose...

Being upset at censorship doesn't make me a pervert, nor does appreciating the female form. Being annoyed at fan service is a pretty prudish thing, though. ;) What it comes down to is that they are changing an aspect of the game to appease prudes who can't handle seeing a shapely woman's form...

Not really. Especially if you think actually liking a bit of fan service makes one a pervert. I guess at least I can say that the occasional sight of the female form doesn't "annoy" me. ;)
