    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

None of them made it to trial, but there were a number of hearings where Trump's team attempted to prove a case and failed to do so. The typical counter claim to that is that none of those cases were allowed to go on to discovery where they could go and actually dig through records to find the...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

See, this is the problem with most of the "evidence", it's just stuff like Sunhawk is saying. "I worked the polls, and I saw something weird, IDK what it was, they probably weren't supposed to do it". That's bad, yes, but it's also not definative evidence of fraud, it's just as, if not more...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

It's cumbersome to include their title every single time their name is said, but generally what will happen is, as you say, the media use it once at the start of the story and then use just their name or just their title throughout the rest of their piece. In my observation, it's more common in...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

I'm familiar with that theory, but it doesn't align with the main election fraud narrative of deliberate, surgically precise fraud in just enough places to swing the election. That theory is a bit more plausible, but has the two problems of being even more impossible to prove that it happened...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

That's probably not a wise tactic. It is possible the election was stolen, but frankly I don't think it's likely. I don't find it plausible that a massive conspiracy to swing the vote in multiple states, involving numerous precincts, counting stations, etc could have been pulled off without a...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

I think those two are the real losers of last night's election, they can't be happy about the insane amounts of pressure from all sides that they're going to be under for the next two years (at least).

If they were controlled opposition, they wouldn't have block garlands SC nomination or seated ACB so quickly. It's inexcusable that rhier attempt to repeal the ACA was so incompetent, but I don't think that that alone makes them "controlled opposition". As for section 230 and censorship, that's...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

That doesn't sounds plausible given the GOP's previous history in the senate, which has been extremely hostile to democratic interests and more than willing to take actions they oppose.

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

Yeah, holding the senate is huge. There's been some reporting from capital hill, and even with Biden likely taking the WH, the democrats are clearly not viewing this election as any sort of victory.

You know, on another foruma guy vowed he'd eat a live pigeon if Trump won, promising to include a video as proof. He sadly got banned before that happened, but you're still here, and since I promised I would hound the last guy until he provided video proof of him chewing that pigeon to death...

Alright, point take, Trump is popular by his own merits.

Ok fair enough. How widespread do you think that appeal is, then? How many people this year are voting for Trump specifically, rather than for the republicans or against Biden and so on?

Biden has also had insane turnout, should I therefore assume that's because he's also amazingly popular? He's getting more total votes than Her Highness, Queen Hilary The First of Her Name, Annointed Successor of Saint Obama Himself, am I supposed to conclude that when she ran in 2016 it was as...

Calling it a state of emergency is more than a bit melodramatic, but I get the idea, a lot of you guys are freaking out way more than is warranted. Right now, it looks like Biden has good odds to win a narrow victory, in an election where he was running against an incredibly unpopular candidate...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

I think it's more than a bit unwarranted to get hysterical over twitter posts claiming widespread election theft or allegations thereof and to take said claims as proven. Those are things to be investigated careful and dealt with over time. Freaking out over it on the internet is not productive...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

Looking at results right now, it looks good for Trump. If there's not a major swing in any of the close races, it looks like Trump takes this by a narrow margin. If he maintains his lead in Pennsylvania and, inexplicably, Virginia, he's looking at taking about 307 EC votes. Not sure he will...
