    Just laziness. I've seen them fill dump trucks with land mines and just dump them in a giant pile on the ground. Then the conscripts that are charged with distribution use shovels and wheelbarrows to move them. Their stupidity was bound to get past the minimal safety mechanisms in those mines.

    India is slowly untangling itself from Russia. However, until they get military guarantees and research agreements with the US setup to replace Russia it'll be a while.

    Their only Doctrine is attack. In the hopes of finding a weak point to disrupt Ukraine's advance. Unfortunately the current Russian army doesn't have the minimal competence nor logistics and coordination of the Red Army.
