Indeed.There is old jewish joke about effect of monopoly in information -
if one jew say that you are horse,you laugh
if 10 jews say the same,you go and buy saddle for yourself.
Becouse:
1.there was no monopoly - now,all leftist media practically say the same.
2.People was still educated in normal school,not marxist,like in our times.
