You forget germans,who also wanted war before 1916 - becouse Russia would end re-arming their army then. So,WW1 would happen anyway - and end the same way it ended.Well,maybe Russia would survive. Poland would be small vassal state then,but considering that it happened anyway,still better then OTL.- Word Count: 52
