Stellaris is by far the best Paradox game IMHO. Probably bias cos it's the most sci-fi one, but I think it's awesome. Also, when it comes to doing weird shit in-game, mass-murdering Xenos in Stellaris is better than deciding how many siblings you want to fuck in CKII.

Eh, I'd be leery of expecting anything great out of Musk. Guy seems to promise the world and barely delivers. He's gotten his PR game down pat, but outside of his re-useable rockets he just seems to talk big.
