I know several Senegalese-Americans. They're very nice, kind, and generous.
I would like to visit Senegal someday. Senegal is also very poor and I'll need to completely reset how much I think something is worth if I do.
The "yuppie food stamp"* - which won't even buy a full tank of gas in the US - that I keep in my wallet for emergencies and my kids sometimes walk of with? That's about two weeks of pay for the average Senegalese worker.
* $50. Not the $20 the term originally referred to back in the 80s.
Source of excellent colonial troops for France.I read memories of polish soldier from 10mechanized brigade fighting in 1940 in France.Everybody surrender almost without fight - except polish unit, arab calvary, normandy dyvision and senegal troops.
