Tragic thing is that french have stuff for entire brigade,but failed to deliver to poles.
According to what i read,in French army among ethnic french only armored,calvary and mountain troops really fought.
And even when unit was destroyed,polish soldier/or colonial/ still keep rifle and could fought if some competent officers gathered them.Average french soldier simply throw out everything.And laugh at people trying rally them.

Our military has lowered standards so much that we now have captains crashing their ships every other year and marines who lack the strength to carry a wounded comrade. Our military procurement has focused on profit-taking by building lavishly overpriced versions of the vehicles we used fifty years ago, while Russia and China have focused on procuring weapons specifically designed to defeat ours.
I have a hard time believing there is even a credible possibility of a good outcome.
