What are you playing currently?

Fallout 76, it's actually pretty good.
More options that there were in FO4 to my surprise, at least non modded vs non modded gameplay.
Map is too big though for how little AP you get. I have to sprint my entire AP bar ten times to reach each new location.

My Senpai!

Yeah I've played through Fallout 1 and 2 a few times and I said it earlier but Fallout 1 on a replay a while back, it seemed a lot shorter then before. Now... it just feels... more empty and tedious then I remember. I haven't wanted to stop playing it though, I think it just dated poorly while it was obviously very novel when it first came out. I'm just surprised I guess at how little there actually seems to do in a lot of the settlements, like surprisingly shallow.

With that said, there have been some highlights like going through The Glow again and maybe the most fun I had was actually leading the Blades into liberating Adytum from the Regulators which was a really fun big battle to experience in that sort of game even though I barely did anything myself.

Need to pick it up.
Heard it improved DRASTICALLY since launch

Yeah also the perk system is pretty unique, basically swapping perks in a way kinda balances you out until you get a full deck. You gotta grind to be OP lol.

I actually like the card system and some of the perks are pretty cool, farming for weapons takes a bit though. Played the game for two nights and my best weapons are still the hunting rifle and a pitchfork lol

Gotta be lvl 10 to use the 10mm SMG

Might pick it up on gamepass

If you do I'm on Xbox too.

Although I probably won't be joining any games with people until I get to lvl 30. I kinda want to experience the solo perspective and so far it's not that bad, although there's a lot of events that NEED other players so I'm backing off of that.

Took me like 10 deaths to kill five Zetans, they're OP as fuck in Fallout 76.

1 does feel like an extended demo for 2.
And for 2 i recommend trying this, makes it feel like a gold edition.

The restoration project is neat, but it does add a lot of fan-created content that while inspired by what was cut, isn't exactly accurate.
In my opinion the unofficial patch fixes a lot of the bugs vanilla has, and vanilla has plenty of content to explore already.
Although yeah, if you want to find a Star Trek Phaser and start zapping people to ash, Restoration Project is the way to go.

It goes relatively easy on the added stuff, which is based on content that didn't make it past the deadline.
If you want a real shitload of added content there's the MIB88 megamod.

It added the Cat from Red Dwarf. XD That absolutely was not supposed to be in the game.

Star wars empire at war. the Revenge of Thrawn mod. I am shit at it. barely able to get a 75% win rate against the medium AI. is fun to just throw ships at the problems till they go away though.

Rimworld is horrifying on multiple levels.

We had this one 9-year-old girl (who was a newborn when the colony started) who wouldn't join our ideoligion, and was extremely obstinate and wouldn't be converted the normal way, so we drummed up some bullshit excuse to toss her in a jail cell until she converted. Then, she tried a prison break. So, the leader of the colony fucking beat her unconscious with the butt of a shotgun and tossed her back in.

Holy fuck. I have never seen a game before where you can literally go full-on Goofy Time on a kid for their heresy.

That's not even the most horrifying thing you can do in Rimworld. Not even close. The "human skin hats" meme is real.
