Three soldiers have been given the vaxx while they were going in for a different vaccine entirely. If my understanding of both UCMJ and Medical laws are correct, they could ask for (and receive) full Medical retirement for a procedure done to them without consent, and malpractice.
Yeah, you are correct.
Every time I see "accidentally given" or "by accident", I roll my eyes. I have little-to-no-doubt that this was no accident.
No, this stuff happens a lot more then one thinks for various reasons.
They have a lot of shots to give, so they got complaicint and they fucked up. Thought they were another patient, etc etc.

this stuff happens. There have been people that have received the Anthrax vaccine more then thier required boosters for deployment because if how bad some medical personnel are..

To be fair, we are talking about the US Army here. Being utterly incompetent and unable to do their jobs properly isn't exactly surprising.
I....
Okay, you have a point with medical stuff

90% of the Army lol. I know plenty of good and intelligent guys in the Army, or who are vets, to be clear. But most of them are...well...I'm surprised some of them can spell their own name and I wonder how they passed the ASVAB.
Some sort of non smart job I am guessing?

Armed forces often times attract people who were bad in school and won't do well in college.

Which is a generalization, there are plenty of smart people in the Armed forces. But it attracts the stupid people who weren't going to make it elsewhere or were manipulated by recruiters. "You mean I'll get to see the world AND I can afford that nice car? Sign me up, I'm going to marry the first slutty girl I meet and then be surprised when she cheats on me" lol.

Moreso that it attracts people who were in situations where there wasn't much of a way up or out economically, and since their parents likely didn't have good financial habits, they probably didn't either. The majority of people who join aren't like that, but it does mean that the leadership needs to guide them somewhat in that way.

Yep and then you put those people in charge of handing out medication, give them shitty rotating schedules and shitty sleep patterns, and whoops, three soldiers are accidentally given a covid vaccine.

It adds up. I doubt there was any conspiracy here, just incompetence.
Those usually don't end up in medical, and medical is also a lot of civies

speaking of that

had jab number 3.

Left arm had issues couldn't open or close it for a couple hours, also it makes you feel lethargic and tired as fuck, have just woken up from my nap and feel okaish. over all not worth it for the minimal protection you get but if you do get it get it on your day off.

Yeah, I got my booster jab on Tuesday night. I was under the weather yesterday but I'm feeling better today. Had some pain in the left (injection) arm but it's fine.

The fact that Australia has become so batshit crazy that you automatically thought Australia is very telling to how badly Australia has degenerated.

At this point, if you're not vaccinated, you might as well have a yellow star on your clothes in that country.

People cheering/jeering as a non-vaccinated man is dragged by police out of his home? Camps for the non-vaccinated? Police physically assaulting "disobedient elements"? 1984, eat your heart out.

Isn't it darkly amusing that as soon as it becomes convenient for a Western government, all this talk about never repeating the mistakes of authoritarianism from the last half-century plus flies straight out the window?
