We literally didn't take time to do phase 3 clinical trials. The vaccine rollout WAS the phase 3 trial.

Ok so they did have a phase2/3 trail from thr company itself with a 2600 something sample size. Good enough. Miocarditis is still a risk and children 5 to 15 showed similar rates of symptoms as 15-25 year olds. Bit more worrying given the ages involved.

Of course the second half is just regular pharmaceutical disclaimer plate language. Fair enough.

All that said if Kindergardens start mandating the stuff let the results be on their head.

Three soldiers have been given the vaxx while they were going in for a different vaccine entirely. If my understanding of both UCMJ and Medical laws are correct, they could ask for (and receive) full Medical retirement for a procedure done to them without consent, and malpractice.

Every time I see "accidentally given" or "by accident", I roll my eyes. I have little-to-no-doubt that this was no accident.
