Remember, a large part the power these bureaucrats wield is measured in the amount of money the allocation of which they have the power to decide.
And this one is openly trying to vastly boost that measure on account of the crisis....
And is utterly failing in convincing anyone to do so. Sure, maybye shitholes will vote for it...
But the countries with money to provide for that, let's just say they aren't in a giving mood (crisis), and what "stimulus money" they are giving away on account of the crisis their own politicians are more than eager to allocate themselves, preferably to people who will vote for them, no need for a middleman to give it away to far away countries, Chinese Health Organization, and causes no one sane cares about now.
So i guess most of the responses to this request will be along the lines of "what the hell are you smoking?"

I've been sitting at home for three weeks now (fortunately I can work from home). There are progressively more stringent restrictions on movement. Currently I believe you can't get farther than 100 meters from your home, unless for buying groceries, medical stuff, going on trial, helping an elderly relative, essential work and other stuff like that that simply have to be done.

The ultra-orthodox have been ignoring the instructions and continued to pray in large groups and did not self isolate, now the rate of infection in their communities has skyrocketed, something like 3 times the national average I believe. As a result, the government designated major ultra-orthodox neighborhoods as restricted zones, with the military setting up checkpoints and not allowing exit or entry except for the most essential of needs.
