To be fair there's also the issue of the testing equipment. There's cases of it's reliability to be faulty.

True, so I suppose we'll just have to wait and see; but we've been hearing about how reinfection might be an issue for months now, so even if this particular case is due to faulty tests, I suspect we'll start to see more of them in the near future.

Yeah it's important to know that vaccines or already having the seasonal Flu isn't some 100% immunity. Unfortunately no reason to think the same with the Coronavirus.
