As the title says, this thread’s a place for people to tell everybody else why they chose to use this forum

Possibly knowing the negatives said by others in-regards to here and possibly having had experiences with the other forums and other people of similar behavior in fandoms and blogs and other areas

And if so, you guys enjoying this place or what? Because I sure do, can actually speak my mind without being told “SJW’s don’t exist” and being sorta ganged up by everybody else on a thread

Hell, even nice seeing outright commies say stuff that we’d mostly disagree with and be allowed to keep saying it, because no one wants to be a hypocrite

I agree with punching Nazis. Punching Nazis is awesome. There's a really cathartic video on youtube of a guy literally face-punching some shithead with a swastika armband, when I found it I watched it like 10 times in a row. It was glorious!

It becomes a problem when they want to punch an innocent person really bad for their own personal reasons, so they simply shout "Nazi!" before punching, and suddenly poof! They have a veneer of legitimacy. Was that person really a Nazi? Why, yes, of course! Otherwise why was he accused? It must mean it really was a Nazi. That's the kind of "logic" I don't want to be a part of.

Well my browsing of SB is rather limited so I only learned of the great scandal when results of purge were posted and syws were revelling in their victory over ''creepy alt-right plot to take over SB''. I thought it was bullshit and it was only excuse to remove those of mods who would be against turning SB into pedophilia friendly place AH is. Which is too bad because most members are there just to enjoy their fandoms, but the loud minority will find a way to cramm their ideology down their throats.

So when Curtiss Lee May notified us that he is continuing Clover Spear here, I was intrigued. I didn't really want to be a member of yet another board, but it's good to have a bolthole. Plus, a smaller board has it's charms as well, a kind of place where everybody knows your name.

I too am here to protest my ideological victimhood. On other web communities my victimization is drowned out by other marginalized groups and their competitive desire to show how oppressed they are. I simply can't compete. Too many victims, not enough oppression.

But here I can be appalled and marginalized by this communities unsympathetic oppressors.
