If that's registered dem voters that WILL vote for trump then that's pretty huge.

A lot of polls scew thing by using registered voters instead of likely voters. Registered being a lot larger than likely.

If that is registered that will vote, thus also being likely voters, then thats a much bigger chunk of actual dem voters than just 10%.
