When Your Plow Is Too Smart To Fix

do they even let you guys go outside any more?
Sure.

As long as you understand that at any moment, a cop could appear. It's more than a little paranoia inducing.

Lot's of places don't want you to enter unless you're both vaxed and masked, and they're a little freaked as well. ($10 000 dollar fines, last I heard.)

Its an average of about $1,000, which is a tiny fraction of the cost of a new car.

And again - the number of people who are travelling 900 miles on a regular basis is pretty low, and even then, you have Superchargers (if you're going for a Tesla).
inflation, lack of skilled workers, and limited supplies mean the cost of home renovations has gone up significantly. adding an additional $1000+ to a new vehicle which costs 60,000-150,00 before taxes and registration (registration costs go up the more expensive your vehicle is). if you live in a city with several charge stations sure it can be fine but otherwise you are kinda fucked. the battery will lose max charge over time as well so while it is 200 miles at the start where will it be in 2 years? 5? most people don't want a new car every year they want something that will last them a while that they can maintain.
