What If? What if these Mech Universes existed in Legendary Monsterverse.

In these scenarios 15 years before the first Godzilla movie. The events necessary to set things into motion for these various Mech Universes on Godzilla Earth.

1: Macross. The Macross Saga
2: Robotech. Also the Macross Saga
3: UC Gundam. First Series
4: Gundam Wing
5: Mech Warrior. The Clan invasion.
6: Pacific Rim.
7: Voltron.
8: Exosquad.
9: Insert a Mech series here.

How would each Mech series play out with Titans roaming all over the Earth. How would they deal with the Titans? How would the Titans react to Humanities new tech?

3: UC Gundam. First Series

The folks from UC Gundam would just use beam sabers to slice and dice the monsters up. Same with Gundam Wing.

6: Pacific Rim.

Pacific Rim would be a hard won fight but they could possibly win so long as the monster invasion rate doesn't exceed the rate of the Kaiju from the film. If monsters appear just as fast as the Kaiju did in the Pacific Rim movie, then the humans won't be able to replace the Jaegers fast enough and will eventually be overrun. Logistics and attrition was what really mattered there.

9: Insert a Mech series here.

The mechs in most real robot mecha anime don't have enough sheer raw firepower to kill the monsters, and/or sheer durability or agility to avoid being destroyed by them. Full Metal Panic, Gasaraki, Patlabor, etc. Magical mecha shows might be able to win if they apply their magic, ie Escaflowne, Magic Knight Rayearth, Trails of Cold Steel, etc, but that might be cheating since that's not really about using the mech.

Well Earth getting BDZed is expected in the Macross Saga.
Yup, this making them into irrelevancies, IMHO.

Maybe something some Zentradi might go into a fist fight with.

The Kaiju invasion rate in Pacific Rim was pretty high, and the PR kaiju had one huge edge over the Titans, namely that they were artificailly created and each successive one was better and more powerful and better adapted than the last.
At its height, the Jaeger program was massive, with some being produced in assembly lines.

Ton for ton the Titans might be better than the Kaiju from PR, but quantity has a quality of its own.

Anyway, I shall insert Code Geass, that one anime where lewd was a power source and space aliens were coming to take all of it from earth to feed themselves and mecha got launched into space with rockets(Captain Earth IIRC, not FRANXXX),FRANXXX, Evangelion, Muv-Luv, Cross Ange, Eureka 7, Aldnoah.Zero, Valvrave, Gundam IBO.

Fight!

None of these Mech universes have anything like the power to stand up to the Titans. They're simply that powerful.

TTGL may have mecha that can handle the Titans. Then again at the end the mecha were using galaxies as weapons.

When you have mecha piloting mecha piloting mecha.....
Any super robot anime and a lot of "real" robot animes with endgame mechs can easily stomp the Titans, IMHO.

Mook suits might get clobbered, but some of those mechs are capable of taking huge damage and escape velocity.

I don't see any Titan taking a direct or indirect hit from a Macross or SDF-1 Reflex Cannon. It is too much firepower for them to Survive. And they all die to Voltron. His kill feats and overall power is too far above them.

With Voltron we start going to magic power bullshit though. So I'm...fairly Leary of it and of Animaes in general.

Anyway, here is what non-Mook suit GUNDAMs are capable of,and this is 00 which has pretty weak mechs as compared to the rest of the Universe/Multiverse/Metaseries/whatever:

Turn A gundam for instance is powered by a black hole and can deploy nanites that regenerate it and can destroy all technology in the solar system from earth all over to Jupiter.

Won't help. Godzilla's soaked direct hits from Black Holes and the black hole was destroyed instead of him, such as his fight with Megaguiras. Void Ghidora actually overpowered a black hole and climbed out from inside one. Black Holes are the lowest point where you get a seat at the table to start fighting Titans on the weakest rung, not a powerful super-weapon against them.

Note the dialogue of the movie states that the black hole weapon is guaranteed to destroy the earth unless they land a direct hit on Godzilla because his body will soak enough of its destructive energy that Earth can survive if it hits him first. Godzilla is literally established to be tougher than the entire planet.

The vast majority of these lack the size and firepower to engage Kaijuu. Battletech 'mechs are also slow compared to the others and going to wind up crunchy speedbumps. Same for most Gundams and Exo-Squad. A few of these universes have actual firepower to fight Titans but ironically will also destroy the Earth/cause massive damage in the process because they don't have a way to dial it down to the proper level. Robotech/Macross are in this situation, a Reflex Cannon is a planet killer if they hit the earth with it and a Valkyrie/Veritech is a crunchy speedbump (albeit fast enough to never get stepped on), with not much in the middle ground that can both fight Kaijuu and not ruin the world trying. Gundam Wing has the same problem, the Busters are powerful (albeit popguns at the Godzilla level but at least they could be annoying) but everything else won't matter.

Pacific Rim have the actual size and power needed to go toe-to-toe with Kaijuu but not really the level of BS needed, such as the aforementioned "it can soak a black hole" feat. They will make a good showing and can theoretically win depending on how the numbers and support roll out, so long as all their funding isn't pulled to build a pointless wall. Overall, they probably just can't throw down enough raw firepower to overcome the regeneration and hax Titans have.

Voltron can solo the Titans, it's not only large enough but has some obscene kill feats and is actually equipped with weapons like the Flaming Sword that let it do enormous damage to a single large target without doing enormous damage to all of Tokyo in the process. Anything less than magitech just flat out isn't going t work, though.

But we don't know the effects of Black Hole weapons on Legendary Kaiju. They are different from the standard Toho versions after all.

I am pretty sure that the Monster-verse is not the same as Toho's stuff.

I mean standard Gundam won't do much to Gojira.
Unless the explosive blasts are more then majority of those used against Godzilla, and can't be used to heal him.

Remeber his atomic breath dug to the center of the earth in a VERY short time.

Pacific rim gets obliterates

That is when Gundams like Wing Zero, Turn A, ZZ come into play. They pack enough firepower to overwhelm his healing factor.
