In sufficient quantities yes, it's a high velocity projectile (Over 2,000 FPS), if a thousand rounds are getting fired every second it's going to wear the armor integrity quick.


Get three Supermutants to focus one guy down and that's like 30k rounds, that shit would level building. 5mm isn't a pistol round its a "High" velocity projectile apparently good enough to be used against tanks.

The magazine size is only 120 rounds (At least according to the games), so you'd need 10 supermutants to get 1000 rounds off.

Relying on game mechanics like that is gonna be silly ain't no one making a minigun with 120 round drum it defeats the purpose of such a weapon.

With that fire rate they wouldn't be able to threaten anyone since they're have to reload every second.

More than likely 2,000 fps rounds in ridiculously large quantities break the integrity of the armor.

That sounds about right, even non-penetrating hits will weaken the plating until something slips through.

Yeah I don't think FO Power is invincible just comparative to tanks, probably light tank on average and heavy with high end feats.

Nothing a Javelin Missile couldn't annihilate under average feats.
