That looks reasonable as long as Jerusalem has partial control at least the Muslim quarter.
Which Jerusalem? Palestinian Jerusalem or Israeli Jerusalem?

What? Listen the holy city of Jerusalem should be split in three there is the Jewish quarter, Muslim quarter, and Christian quarter that includes the Armenian quarter.Which Jerusalem? Palestinian Jerusalem or Israeli Jerusalem?

Either that or a unified Jerusalem ruled by a triumvirate of a Jew Christian and Muslim. An independent Jerusalem city-state?
But who is going to support that solution in political and economic realms, without which it is impossible, and how many will consider that independence? An independent Jerusalem city-state?
Reality called... Unfortunately Jerusalem is only 2% Christian, so doing that is unrealistic. Meanwhile what foreign country with enough pull to do that regardless, as stand-in for foreign Christian interest, with all the duties that would follow (namely sticking their dick in the grinder of security operations and their political fallout), would be both willing and able to do so?Either that or a unified Jerusalem ruled by a triumvirate of a Jew Christian and Muslim.
