Yeah, it's a pretty steep learning curve. Maybe it helps if you played Halo 5, but I'm getting trashed every match.

Burst with the AR, always aim for heads, closer faster ttk.

COD: WW2 campaign.

It plays up the interpersonal drama between Pierson and Turner. Both end up feeling borderline unprofessional. Turner is too concerned about saving everyone. Pierson doesn't seem to understand that a Pyrrhic Victory is a bad thing.

Having said that, the changes they made were interesting enough to be fun. Adding a health bar fundamentally changes how the game plays.

So, I'm playing a bit of Zelda: Breath of the Wild at the moment. Breakable weapons, easily breakable weapons, make me very angry. They break too easily, I have no ability to repair them, and there aren't even blacksmiths in all the various villages who can fix my gear. It feels entirely artificial (the devs have made all these weapons and by god they'll make you use them) and I do wonder why they couldn't have just done what Witcher 3 did (stuff breaks over time, but you can fix it straightforwardly)?

Infinite Warfare has a plot that's dumb even for a Call of Duty game. Very tryhard IMHO.

I mean, you're talking to someone who generally really likes Call of Duty plots (I've never disliked a COD game, and I've played Ghosts), so that doesn't mean a whole lot to me.

Odds are very good I'll like Infinite Warfare's plot, based on past experience. Adding Kit Harrington doesn't hurt.

Back to playing Stoneshard after it's gotten the largest update yet: The City of Gold. It's definitely improved on the balancing issues and added tons of content. Individual ability trees still need more work, there are more enemy subtypes and special enemies in the game, new terrain, new animals, new plants, new missions. Honestly, I was sceptical before, but if they remain on this path I'm positive this game will be a great Rpg once it's finished.

Stellaris, Generals Evolution (CnC Generals on RA3), Rise of the Reds (a Generals Zero Hour mod), Shockwave (another Zero Hour mod, made by the minds behind Rise of the Reds), Endless Space 2, Submarine TITANS (basic gist is 'Starcraft but Underwater' but that loses a lot of the nuance), Fire and Maneuver (a Victorian-era turn-based tactics game made by the Armchair Historian)...

... I've been playing all sorts of games as of late.
