"The regional Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that "Admiral Kuznetsov" "had localized smoke, which was detected in a timely manner." The consequences were eliminated by the emergency party of the ship and operational services. There were no casualties or damage."

Kuz had a fire in drydock again.

Nah. The Project 677 Lada class (NATO designation "St. Petersburg") is Russia's next-generation diesel electric sub to replace the popular Project 877 Paltus / Project 636 Varshavyanka (NATO designations Kilo and Improved Kilo). That means it's an export boat, and as such it's not made with anything particularly super-secret.

I find this hilarious, as Brighten is mostly know locally for being a ex-urb full of domestic violence and not really connected with any military history.

Highly doubt the replica will come even close to the size of the original.

Your doubt doesn’t make very much sense; even a trivial Google search shows that it’s supposed to be a full scale replica.
Heh, what Brighton plans, and what actually happens, are unlikely to be the same thing.

This would make a nice landmark in Fallout: Rockies where the Protagonist is enlisted by the Followers of Bright to activate one of the Battleship turrets in order to defend the ruins of Denver from the Great Khan Empire of Wyoming.

Except Denver is controlled by the Remnant's/one of the Tribes of Caesar's Legion, the Hang Dogs, remember.

More likely it would be a Legion fortress, possibly a Hound Master headquarters.

And in other news, most of the Russian Black Sea Fleet just left port.

Changing the size isn't going to significantly affect the cost, since it's more a battleship-sized set of terraces and platforms than a "true" model replica, and they already own all the land in question.
