No.He would fight Avars,which still were danger at those times,and their slavic servants.
Certainly not helping muslims.Maybe even send some crusaders to hold Palestine - in 630 city was not lost yet.

Only interesting thing - woud he support popes here? in OTL he did so,but it was different situation.
I thing,that he would crush Avars,take their loot,and then take OTL hungarian territories.Maybe part of future Poland and Czech,too.
