Trump Investigations Thread

I'm still nervous about a Trump run. Yes, I think he could win, but he has a lot of hate as well, I'm dubious as to whether he can sway enough moderates to his side. No one really has a non-opinion on Trump basically.
I don't believe they would have been willing to vote R in any case then. if the Biden regime hasn't convinced them not to be ride or die for D then nothing will.

Meh fuck moderates, if they can't see that their government is legitimately trying to put them in concentration camps then they're not moderates anymore.
I mean, but they vote. And they might pick Biden.

From people I know who vote, they don't like Biden, but can't stand Trump as a person.

Define Moderate and Neocon as you see them please for the sake of us understanding, because lately these have become more buzzwords for anybody who doesn't proscribed to the most extreme version of right wing politics than actual definitions of belief.

A man can literally be against everything the swamp stands for it and want its destruction and rebirth into something new it seems and yet unless he advocates for what the exact sort of rebirth most reactionary authoritarian extremists want they aren't right wing.

the term moderate tends to be used by people who either have basically checked out as far as politics are concerned or are desperately trying to project that they are reasonable to a bunch of angry leftists baying for their blood.

Neocon tends to refer to the bush-ite era republicans. Neoconservatism is a political movement that began in the United States during the 1960s among liberal hawks who became disenchanted with the increasingly pacifist foreign policy of the Democratic Party and with the growing New Left and counterculture of the 1960s. it tends to be what establishment republicans try and push while reaching around and jacking off the dems from time to time.

They'll vote for the globohomo candidate no matter what.

This but with the caveat that most of the first-gen Neocons like Irving Kristol were outright communist, so you got a bent of that in there too.

edit- For Example Prescot Bush was a socialist sack of shit, worse than FDR's demonic wheelchair bound ass was. And his son and grandson were only slightly less so.

Let’s see if he actually does anything or if he’s just talk. Or, given some suspicions people have about his loyalties, this is part of some convoluted neo-con/Deep State plan of some sort.

According to Bragg, Trump's going to surrender himself to the manhattan DA, so it seems like DeStantis is basically making an empty threat. He's not going to assist any extradition, because there isn't going to be one in the first place.

TDS in action, folks. Even if this doesn't guarantee him the White House next year, they've basically just injected the proverbial super soldier serum into Trump's ass. His chances just went through the roof.

"Orange Man Bad!" hah.
You assume that they don’t have more planned between now and then. Or that they won’t break more laws and justify it with nonsense.

Sadly, this is more calculated (and much, much less calculated as well) than that. They're not dumb, they know this will boost Trump, that's why they're doing it.

Biden is an obvious senile puppet being lead around by god knows who, and he's the best candidate they have in 24. Vs literally anyone aside from Trump, he's toast, and they know that, so they're doing everything they can to boost Trump so they can have someone they stand a shot against in the general. It's something the dems love to do, because it's so smart and realpolitik and tactical and who cares what happens when it backfires and the crazy person wins, because that's a problem for the the future democrats.

This chronic inability to think more than one step ahead or imagine that you might ever lose power bites them in the ass regularly (Harry Reid using the nuclear option comes to mind), and this one is going to screw them hard whenever a sufficiently ruthless republican takes office and uses this against them.

It might bite them in the ass a lot sooner than the election cycle after next. There are quite a few republicans state side that might just be hungry enough to do something now.

Pelosi has assured us that things are above-board, Trump will be presumed guilty but he is going to be allowed to try to prove he's innocent.

The Grand Jury has acted upon the facts and the law. No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence. Hopefully, the former President will peacefully respect the system, which grants him that right.
