Is there a cap to MBAin-a-skirt's power?

EDIT: Miss BAinskirt?? :p
She's not the one you worry about, as she's actually pretty gentle and very willing to forgive most things; she uses her weapon in 'stun mode' most of the time and has been seriously injured before in combat from over doing it. It's the organization and her friends that have the higher power levels you need to fear. She's just a rare Earthling in the group.

She has friends/coworkers that have literally ended multiple worlds prior to the series, admittedly not of their own volition due to the nature of their situation, and nearly cause part of Earth near Japan to get hit with a 'dimensional distortion weapon' named the Arc en Ciel that would have 'noped' a hole in space time large enough to hit the mantle, because it was the least worst option. Also adopted what amounts to a cloned messiah for an off-planet church, after she escaped the lab and then got recaptured after meeting the protagonist.

The 'pruning sticks' the TVA in Loki are actual rather tame compared to what the TSAB can bring to the table if pushed.

Sure. Though we never really saw the TVA go 'full deployment mode', though that may be more a matter of lack of funds for the level of hardware they wanted. <shrugs>

I guess the real decider is, "How easy is it for each organization to hop through time?"

Fair.

The TSAB doesn't hop through time as much as shift deminsions, which can sometimes have the same effect, and they can destroy stuff by shredding it on a dementional level, instead of just send it to the end of time like the TVA does when it prunes stuff.

There are possible actual temporal weapons in the TSAB organization, but they'd be deep in black ops stuff like Section 31 is for the UFP, or buried in one of the protags 'legacy' powers, but it's not been used.

Does the TSAB actually alter a single timeline or does it just spin off another alternate dimension?

If the latter, then inside said timeline the TVA has most of the power. "You can't dimensionally shift anything if you didn't actually get to do the things you thought you did."

Less spin off timelines, more manage what is called the 'Dimensional Sea', which different universes/dimensions float in/are part of.

The TSAB do not usually create new dimensions, except as temporary bounded fields for use in combat to keep collateral damage to a minimum.

Well, then it sounds like they are pretty comparable in overall capability with the ability to 'trim' off unwanted lines of reality (dimensionally or temporally). So I think it really depends on coordination and execution of ops.
