Bug Report Threads by "ignored" members invisible

Buba

A total creep
I don't think it's that important, so a "Bug" tag :)
Could be a "feature" for all I know ;)
I've noticed that threads started by members I have on "ignore" do not show on the list of threads in the pertinent section.
I know about such threads' existence when - looking from one level "higher" - they are shown to the right of the section name as the last updated thread.
FWIW on AH-Com I "see" such threads, albeit without the first post :)

I put such a thread on "watched" to test whether if I will receive notifications of new posts added to it :)
EDIT:
Notification received - go science!

Kier, the lead developer of the XenForo software which we use, actually explained the technical reasons behind this while addressing a similar issue in the official XF support forum. In order to display threads started by people that you have placed on ignore, the forum software would have to re-index the forum on a per-user basis, but that would cause an extreme performance hit so it simply isn't viable.

We at ComStar encourage users of our services not to use the "ignore" function lightly. It is only through the lens of free and open communication that the teachings of Blake may spread and enlighten all mankind.

Sincerely,

Precentor Dune
