Suggestions Thread Page Navigation at Top of Page

I have a suggestion for making the thread page navigation available at the top of the page as well as at the bottom. This way one doesn't have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the thread page in order to click 'next' or 'previous'. Clicking on a thread doesn't always take one to the last post you saw and this would make navigation a bit easier.

As far as I can tell, this is already the case.

When I look at that thread I see the page numbers at both the top and bottom of the thread, and it appears that way will all of the Styles. If you meant something else, a screen shot of what it is that you would like at the top of the page would help.
