A manga by Yoko Taro, more widely known perhaps as the brain behind the Drakengard, Nier and Nier:Automata. It paints a rather bleak and dystopian image of a world in which psychic powers are a reality - but can only be developed by children and teenagers. It may or may not have connection to the mentioned three, has protagonists with... issues, and is overall extremely fun read.
