ROB tells real life earth that he will restore any loss of life if they can stop the rumbling with >50% of humanity surviving. ROB tells Eren that he will retroactively erase the hatred and mistreatment of Eldians if the Rumbling wipes out >50% of IRL Earth's population.

It took maybe a day or more for the Titans to get to land, so I think with the speed of modern day aircraft, they could do it faster

Missiles probably wouldn't be effective as they are designed in most cases to lock on to specific radar and heat signatures, modifying them would take to long so tanks and artillery would most likely be used on land to destroy the wall titans and Rpg's might be used to assist in taking them down people would die yes but their are only 260,000 of them estimated so it wouldn't be impossible as attack helicopters and A-10's are designed to do jobs like this.
