Guys, chill out, you are taking this all too seriously.
HP was a series of children's books, which by necessity oversimplifies things and lowers the power and competence levels of the characters and organizations involved and makes the a lot goofier IMHO.

And yeah, I am biassed in that I think that HP wizards are pretty inflexible and incompetent.
Frankly I've always thought they are some type of cargo cult built around barely understood "magic" that is some type of very advanced and incomprehensible tech.

It turns out Voldemort was actually agent V and all the fucked up shit he did to destabilize Wizarding England was a gigantic Psyop by Zed who is a descorporated energy being half the time and the same agency that killed Cthulu and made Satan shudder rolls up and just slaughters every auror and replaces them with MIB agents and dares the ministry of magic to do something because they've literally killed aliens, alien gods, fallen angels and bronze age gods and the Wizarding world hasn't.

Whoever is minister at the end of the book series cucks and Ron starts wearing Raybans and starts calling himself "W". Wizarding England gets far more streamlined and peaceful and quiet but at a terrible cost.

Its pretty clear who the OP wanted to win. I mean, they needed to nerf one side hard and for the other bring in additional materials most fans wouldn't haven't heard of, let alone watched.

Honestly, world-level-verses almost always end up stupid because the world is in service to the characters and plot, not the other way around, meaning the world tends to be broken in a lot of ways.

The Potterverse isn't a fully realized world, partly because Rowling isn't Sanderson or Tolkien, and the function of the world of Harry Potter is to be fantastical, not realistic.

Comic MIB did not play.

2). American comics are generally dog shit, why would you bring them up when not absolutely necessary?

OP specifically specifies what the MiB has though.

The MiB has everything it had as of the last Will Smith movie as well as everything from the animated series.

If OP just said "MiB vs HP" without specifying what MiB has then it would be fine to bring up the comics. But OP did specify what they have

As of last movie would still include the comics though, but he later didn't preclude them from evidentiary use.

The MiB has somehow managed to learn of the Wizarding World's existence and can now counter their cloaking and mind wipe abilities.
