haven't yet gotten around to watching this nigh two hour video, but some of his other videos on the matter compare modern black ghetto culture with southern "cracker" culture. really a brilliant man. his takes on Africa and its historical development/economic development are also fascinating

I'm watching it now.

To boil it down, the southern whites came from the most unstable and most uncivilised parts of the UK, and culturally were very close to black "Gangster" culture now. Thus, modern blacks learned from the first southern whites.

It's interesting, but it does go on, and on.
