The quality of homeschool education is very broad, depending on the education and dedication of the parent, and the potential and dedication of the student.
I've known homeschoolers that essentially were poorly educated high school drop outs. I've also known homeschoolers that graduated Summa Cum Laude in college and were considered the best student in their major.

Most kids I met who were home schooled were weird as fuck socially. Mixed levels of actual intelligence. One of the smartest people I know was home schooled..he's also monumentally awkward socially
Home Schooling has changed in application a great deal. There are TONS of ways for kids to get social exposure with home schooling.

Etc...
A brother of mine homeschooled his kids, and they are both highly intelligent/educated and socially adept.

Yeah, I immediately noticed that was made by the Chinese. I was like, "There is no way a leftist made something this good".
I am public schooled and I'm still awkward as fuck socially. Like, I will either have a conversation about the Byzantine Empire or Lord of the Rings, or I'll have no conversation at all. One or the other, no in between. Who needs small talk?
And I'm quite sure my whole "humans are bastards" shtick, as well as the whole "socially awkward" thing, began because of my experiences in the primary school.
In the end, it all varies on the individual and individual circumstances.
Oh I can be quite socially awkward as well. Why do you think I'm socializing on a message board instead of with people face to face right now?
So yeah, you can be socially awkward either way. However if parents aren't getting their home school kids out to the playground and community events with other kids, they are absolutely guaranteeing that their kids don't develop socially.
Admittedly, people our age (90-00's) who were homeschooled are pre-selected to be the 2% most socially awkward people. The share of people who really had a problem with 90s public schools but also couldn't just send them to a private school which met their needs was very small: private schools in the past weren't that ridiculous either: Catholic High schools cost roughly $300 a year in the 1960s, equivalent to about $3,000 annually.
So, in the fairly recent past the only people who would really homeschool would be people who had major problems with the much more functional 90s-2000s schools, and were some mixture of too extreme or too dysfunctional to enroll their kids in the many choices of very affordable private schools, depending on your location and religion.
Now, the cheap private high schools are dying out with the cheap college, public schools are remarably worse in many ways, and even worse there is less reason to assume those high priced private schools are actually giving you good education, instead of just putting them in front of smarter, more motivated communist indoctrination.
All this is going to drive a higher quality of people to homeschool, and as it passes certain critical masses the systems should improve as well.
I wish I could share your optimism. I find it more likely the demonrats will ban homeschooling instead (or at least attempt to), for the sake of "socially developing children" of course.

Given what homeschoolers are seeing pushed in public schools these days, if they try to enforce a federal ban on homeschooling?

Today I'm going entirely over Beat It Chick.
This is an old comic, been floating around on the Internet for at least 11 years now and the Left hates it and constantly tries to edit it into something it's not. As a result, terrible memes of Beat It Chick are abundant.
But this one's the piece de resistance, the worst edit of Beat It Chick I've ever seen.

Remember, chaps: when women who turned you down years ago hit you up or are just suddenly interested, it's because of either a) they're looking to settle now they're approaching their thirties and you have resources (after all, Chad and Tyrone don't want to smash old "has beens" when there are a new crop of younger models out there) or b) they have kids from Chads and Tyrones that she's looking for an ATM for herself and them.
There are reasons why men don't want relationships in this day and age, after all.
The "wall of text", perhaps predictably, contains the usual Leftist trope: that people who make short-sighted choices are not to blame for them, because they live under an oppressive system.

That is why Leftist memes are walls of text. Leftist logic makes no sense, there is nothing instictive or logical about it, so leftists need to hop through mental loopy-de-loops to try and justify their choices.
