The June 1, 1924 Soviet Union is replaced with the equivalent June 1, 1914 Tsarist Russian territory

What if the June 1, 1924 Soviet Union is replaced with the equivalent June 1, 1914 Tsarist Russian territory on the world map as a result of an ISOT by ASBs? FWIW, only the territories that will become a part of the Soviet Union by June 1, 1924 are sent back ten years in time; other territories, such as Poland, Finland, and the Baltic countries, are NOT sent back.

Anyway, how would the Tsarist Russian regime have handled the new realities of the 1920s after it had adjusted to the culture shock? What exactly would it do in this new geopolitical climate? Revive its alliance with France? Revive the Great Game with Britain? Seek a rematch with Japan in the Far East? Do anything else? Will it recognize Poland's, Finland's, and the Baltic countries' independence? And what happens to Mongolia, which still has a Communist government in this TL? Does Tsarist Russia or some Chinese warlord move to take over Mongolia? Or do they split Mongolia between themselves? Or is Mongolia simply left alone in spite of it being Communist? And what about Communist Tuva? AFAIK, it didn't become a part of the Soviet Union until 1944 and thus it is NOT sent back to 1914 as a result of this ISOT.

Any thoughts on all of this?

This means that Kars Region, ceded to Turkey by Russia as a result of World War I, is not sent forward in time from 1914 to 1924. So, 1924 Turkish Kars Region stays put even though it was under Tsarist Russian rule back in 1914.

If France agree to war with Poland, they would take on us.If not, nothing happen.Baltic states - they could take Estonia, but Latwia had alliance with Poland.
They would certainly crush commie Mongolia, maybe attack Turkey, maybe invade China.
Probably Turkey - it would be easier. They do not have any allies except soviets, and both Greece and Italy could help.
When in China, other powers would oppose any bigger land-taking.

Would Russia seek to conquer all of Turkey? Would it give independence to the Kurdish southeast and conquer the rest for itself?
