Warhammer 40K The human race(plus mutations and offshoots)were modified to become Numenoreans

This occurs anytime between 30K-40K or even before the Dark Age of Technology via ROB’s actions and people have just enough time to get used to the increase in height and physical abilities and for whatever societal turmoil to eventually die down

Though they may not live up to said lifespan due to environment factors, starvation, poverty, crime or war or alien invasions

Numenorians at their peak lived centuries. Died gracefully. I would say in the setting of Warhammer 40K it doesn’t change too much. Except probably better performance against aliens/orks/tyranids and the like.

Would everyone on average living longer(though there's the problem of starvation, disease, dangerous environment, wars etc)really have no effects on say, general culture

If on average, your old folks are still at their peak till sudden death, I think they could have more influence over future generations.....or never be allowed to properly retire
