Ok, a few things here.

First off, if the goblins do not have genetic memory how do they learn specific skills, like how to find, mine and smelt ore?

Second, why assume that the hobgoblin will act rationally and conserve his breeding stock?

Third, and I would assume that it would happen often, wouldn't the hobgoblin get challenged if he hogs all of the pussy for himself?

Also, from what Bear Ribs explained, it sounds like the goblins need periodic replenishment and divine aid to keep their numbers and not get exterminated.
Also, it sounds like every single instance where they managed to form something stable and more advanced was a special case, which is not something we can expect with any degree of certainty.Like you said, goblins had to be taught to preserve their breedingstock by an external force.

IMHO all that shows that your median, run of the mil goblins are pretty bad at self-organizing, and if they are ever put into a situation where resources are scarce they will probably devolve into infighting.

Was it ever specified if the Goblins got a kick of the actual breeding and if it was important to them to take part in breeding?

You'd think that with breeding stock so limited and thy having to raid for it then breeding must be even more important to them than it is to us, so not being able to partake in it just might make them rebellious or willing to run away to form their own nests.

So,according to you, that group of goblins would be not smart, and need divine intervention to survive ?
If so,they could just die off, thanks to smarter indians hunting them. And all which would be remain would be legends about raping monsters.
Or maybe not even that.Well, archeologist in USA would find smal bones and discover new homo species.

No, it would be more like a combination of scarcity and lack of social support structures.
I doubt that a single goblin nest can, for example, reinvent all the tech of the GS world for example, so they either get help from other goblins or spy on humans to learn advanced skills like metallurgy and weapons crafting.

This means their tech level drops immediately.

I don't recall if goblins rode wolves or not in the anime, but domesticating a species can take quite the long time, especially an alpha predator like the wolf, it will also take up lots of resources, like good, construction materials to build pens, manpower.

The human population will already be much smaller than what you had in the GS world, and it will not be able to provide tech and goods for the Goblins to steal, nor would it yield enough women to enable the goblins, accustomed to much more people, to grow their numbers in a stable way.

IIRC the Amerindians for example raided each-other on a regular basis, engaging in near-constant inter-tribal war, and they could be very brutal, and the captured women and children were made part of the victorious tribe, while thent men were often tortured.Again, this covers some Amerindians, probably not all.

So, yeah, much sparser population, of a nomadic variety as opposed to the big fat, dumb, happy fixed villages, with much more hunters equals much harder acquisition of females, IMHO, so the Goblins will run out of a vital resource which is human women very fast, be it through tribes of hunters and warriors fighting hard and the tribe moving away to evade stronger goblin nests.

Yes,goblins would lost most of their tools, and take much less woman from nomads, when nomads would hunt them.Something which peasants never did.
I think, that unless they survive till Olmeks made first cities, they would slowly die off.

P.S it would be more interesting,if group with more victims come, get killed, and some victims with knowledge about metallurgy survived and pass their knowledge - then we would have no goblins, but indians with iron or bronze tools.
