Yeah, from my POV it seems that the accuser is fine, a tweeter just put people's names in her mouth. Out of all powerful politicians, Obama and Michelle are the least likely to be involved with Epstein. He mattered for about 4 years (2005-2008) prior to being under intense scrutiny as prez, and then he was just a junior senator from outside NY with few connections. When he's prez, he's watched pretty closely by the public, so I think it woulda come out by now.
