Despite a decisive double-digit victory (55%-43%) over his arch-rival, former TX Governor William P. Clements, Jr., (R) in 1982, TX Governor Mark Wells White, Jr., (D) soon found out that campaign promises to the voters such as pushing for teachers pay raises or several proposed education reforms including economic growth development plans wouldn't come so easy or even making those campaign promises a reality.

Upon taking office as the Lone Star State's 43rd Governor on January 18th, 1983, White was seen as one of the rising stars in the Democratic Party along with AR Governor Bill Clinton (D), who was in his 3rd 2-year term; MA Governor Michael Dukakis (D) in his 2nd term including countless other Democratic politicians being seen as possible contenders for the White House in the future.

Throughout White's administration, the TX Democratic Party held control in both chambers of the TX State Legislature, by large majorities. However, the State Legislature had grown used to battling with the Governor's office during the Clements administration & continued to do so despite the fact that White was the nominal leader of the majority party. The Democratic Governor found it increasingly difficult to getting his legislative proposals adopted without drastically different changes. White's own lack of legislative experience (he served as TX Secretary of State, 1973-1977 under then-Governor Dolph Briscoe & won statewide office as TX State Attorney General, 1979-1983)-led to some of the difficulties.

Perhaps of greater importance in obstructing close relationships between the Pink Dome & the Governor's Mansion was White's belief that he had no political debts to pay to special interests nor anyone else because he had won the Governorship without their help. Likewise, some of the State Representatives & State Senators felt they owed no debt or allegiance to the Governor, being sure that his campaign had little effect on their having won their own elections: thus likely continuing the infighting between the liberals & conservatives inside the TX Democratic Party.

White had an especially hard time exterting leadership during the 1983 legislative session of the 68th TX State Legislature. During his last two years in office, relations deteriorated to the extent that the TX State Legislature three times overrode his vetoes with overwhelming majorities-the first time in 27 years that a Democratic State Legislature had expressed so little regard for the leadership of a Democratic Governor. Less than one month before his shocking assassination on July 25th, 1988, White during an exclusive interview with the Associated Press on June 17th, 1988 said his "biggest misjudgement" was the lack of coordination between his administration & the State Legislature & his "overoptimism" about the speed with which the State Legislature could act on controversial matters & issues.

The Governor included many women, minorities, consumer advocates among the 600+ appointments he made to key positions in state government during his administration. But their presence was overshadowed by the more than 6.6 million state government employees who continued in their jobs from previous administrations.

From the onset of his Governorship: White made it clear that education reform in TX would become the top priority of his administration. He immediately proposed several bills; the State Legislature passed legislation that would require new teachers to taking competency exams before being certified. TX was among several states to adopting this requirement. Another bill called for mandatory testing of students. The third proposal was seen by many as the most controversial: which called on TX to consolidating its school districts & doing away with some small rural districts, this proposal caused strong vicious backlash amongst the legislators, who vehemently opposed the consolidation proposal & many of these legislators represented areas with small school districts. The bill was withdrawn from consideration altogether.

There was also angst amongst the liberal & progressive members of the TX Democratic Party led by TX State Treasurer Ann Richards (D), who boldly gave the Governor a stern warning that it was the liberals who brought the conservative Democratic Governor to the dance & over the finish line during the 1982 gubernatorial election campaign.

Another compounding problem was that TX State Comptroller of Public Accounts Bob Bullock (D) abruptly announced that he intends to launch a primary challenge to White in 1986. It had been common knowledge that the two conservative Democrats didn't like each other & strongly disagreed with such areas like the state budget, etc.,

TX State Attorney General Jim Mattox (D), TX Agriculture Commissioner Jim Hightower (D) & TX Railroad Commissioner Buddy Temple (D) all were jockeying for position in launching potential primary challenges to Governor White, making things more & more difficult.

"Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen, my fellow Americans.

The results of Operation Cowboy in the Middle East has been a major success. Following consultation with our partners in the Middle East including close coordination with the new Libyan government as well as the Egyptian government, I can officially announce that we have captured the infamous Mad Dog of the Middle East, the former Libyan dictator Colonel Muammar Gadaffi and many of his associates.

They are in custody and will remain in custody. And they will be brought to justice with the fullest extent of the law for their barbaric and heinous violent actions from October 22, 1982.

Moreover, the judicial system will do its finest work on exacting the most swift justice of all.

I would also thank the over 58,000+ American servicemen and servicewomen, who had fought in Operation Cowboy during the most difficult circumstances.

"Ladies and gentlemen, on Sunday, October 23rd, the United States received an urgent, formal request from the five member nations of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States to assist in a joint effort to restore order and democracy on the island of Grenada. We acceded to the request to become part of a multinational effort with contigents from Antigua, Barbados, Dominica, Jamaica, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the United States. I might add that two of those, Barbados and Jamaica, are not members of the Organization, but were first approached, as we later were, by the OECS and asked to join in that undertaking. And that all of them joined unanimously in asking us to participate.

Early this morning, forces from six Caribbean democracies and the United States began a landing or landings on the island of Grenada in the Eastern Caribbean.

We have taken this decisive action for three reasons. First, and of overriding importance, to protect innocent lives, including up to a thousand Americans, whose personal safety is, of course, my paramount concern. Second, to forestall further chaos. And third, to assist in the restoration of conditions of law and order and of governmental institutions to the island of Grenada, where a brutal group of leftist thugs violently seized power, killing the Prime Minister, three Cabinet members, two labor leaders, and other civilians, including children.

Let there be no misunderstanding, this collective action has been forced on us by events that have no precedent in the Eastern Caribbean and have no place in any civilized society.

American lives are at stake. We've been following the situation as closely as possible. Between 800 and a thousand Americans, including many medical students and senior citizens, make up the largest single group of foreign residents in Grenada.

From the start, we have consciously sought to calm fears. We were determined not to make an already bad situation worse and increase the risks our citizens faced. But when I received reports that a large number of our citizens were seeking to escape the island, thereby exposing themselves to great danger, and after receiving a formal request for help, a unanimous request from our neighboring states, I concluded the United States had no choice but to act strongly and decisively.

Let me repeat, the United States objectives are clear: to protect our own citizens, to facilitate the evacuation of those who want to leave, and to help in the restoration of democratic institutions in Grenada.

I understand that several Caribbean states are asking that the Organization of American States consider the situation in Grenada. Our diplomatic efforts will be in close cooperation with the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States and the other countries participating in this multinational effort."

Tuesday, October 25th, 1983: The United States, Antigua, Barbados, Dominica, Jamaica, St. Lucia & St. Vincent send military paratroopers & troops into the island nation of Grenada.

Wednesday, October 26th, 1983: The Government House in Victoria, Hong Kong released a statement saying Hong Konger Prime Minister Jefferson Cheng will be going on a much-needed vacation at an undisclosed location.

Thursday, October 27th, 1983: Incoming LA Governor Edwin Edwards (D) meets with outgoing LA Governor Dave Treen (R) at the LA Governor's Mansion in Baton Rouge, LA: discussing the transition from the Treen administration to the Edwards administration.

Friday, October 28th, 1983: Korean President Chun Doo-hwan interviewed by the NHK News Agency at Cheong Wa Dae (Residence of the Korean President) in Seoul, Korea: discussing the current developments on bilateral diplomatic relations between Korea & Japan.

Saturday, October 29th, 1983: Former United States Senator & 1972 Democratic Party presidential nominee George McGovern (D-SD) announcing he's suspending his campaign for the 1984 Democratic Party presidential nomination effective immediately following low polling numbers.

Sunday, October 30th, 1983: Argentina holds their first-ever presidential elections since 1977. Raul Alfonsin of the UCR wins the 1983 Argentinian presidential election defeating Italo Luder of the Justicialist Party; According to the preliminary results, Alfonsin garnered 7,724,559 votes (51.75%) including 317 EVs & carried 15 states including CABA. Luder garnered 5,944,402 votes (40.16%) & won 259 EVs with only carrying just 8 states.

Monday, October 31st, 1983: Upon receiving notification of Alfonsin's double-digit victory in the 1983 Argentinian presidential election, Argentinian President General Wellington Rodriguez phoned President-elect Raul Alfonsin to offer congratulations & pledged cooperation with the incoming Alfonsin administration during the transition period from the Rodriguez administration to the Alfonsin administration. The Vacation Gone Wrong!

Somewhere in Spain

Wendy Palacios was sleeping at her home in the suburbs when the telephone rang.

"Hello? Palacios residence." Wendy said very groggy & tired.

"Hey Wendy, this is Roberta. I need your help because something happened here in the secret hideout. I'll explain later, but it's important that you come to the hideout and come alone." Roberta said in heavy breathing while speaking to Wendy on the phone.

Noticing something was off with Roberta, Wendy wanted to have answers about the situation: "You're breathing very heavily and may I ask if there's anything wrong with you by chance? Is there an incident that needs to be addressed at the cabinhouse?"

Roberta wasn't in the mood for a full-scale detailed explaination: "I don't have time to go into a fucking explaination nonsense. Just get here to the cabinhouse as soon as you can." Startled, Wendy waked up her husband, Jeronimo Palacios & both got dressed up & drove all the way down towards the cabinhouse.

When Jeronimo & Wendy arrived at the cabinhouse, Roberta opened the door & brought them upstairs towards the bedroom, where Jeronimo checked for a pulse on Roberta's secret lover. He was unconscious, but barely alive & phoned 911.

The ambulance arrived at 11:00 PM, the paramedics got upstairs at the cabinhouse & they began doing the typical resuscitation efforts on Roberta's secret lover before Jeronimo helped them put the unconscious man on a stretcher & accompanied them in the ambulance as they drove to the Guadalupe Medical Center, where the mysterious man was pronounced dead during attempts to revive him.

Jeronimo phoned Wendy, who was with Roberta at the cabinhouse. The mysterious man was dead of a massive heart attack. It didn't take him long to figure out who the mysterious man was when he saw pictures of him in Espana TV magazine.

Somewhere in the outskirts of Madrid, Harrison Jiang, the Hong Konger Consulate General was phoned by Jeronimo about what just transpired. After speaking with him for 38 minutes, Harrison began using his trusty handy Rodolex telephone: he was going to contact several high-ranking Hong Konger Embassy personnel employees.

Once news broke out on the shocking death of Hong Konger Prime Minister Jefferson Cheng, condolences poured out from across the entire international community.

In the meantime, the secret autopsy of the 4-term Prime Minister of Hong Kong was performed for nearly 7 HRS in determining the cause of death. It was concluded that it was a natural death & that a sudden massive heart attack, they concluded came out of nowhere without any warning. After sewing up & cleaning Jefferson's body thoroughly, they placed a large white sheet on the body & put him back inside the freezer.

Several members of the Cheng family had arrived via airplane in Madrid & were driven to the Hong Konger Embassy Compound Grounds, where they noticed large bouquets of flowers with condolence cards, letters. Negotiations were underway about when to take Jefferson back to Hong Kong so that plans for a State Funeral would be announced.

Harrison Jiang of the Hong Konger Consulate General in Barcelona began putting together the first phases of a full-scale cover-up in order to preventing the Cheng family from finding out how Jefferson really died. Jiang contacted Hong Konger Army Brigadier General Wilson Morris Huengleza about making sure the cover-up continue to be successful.

Jiang: "Our dearly departed Prime Minister had something of a so-called incident at an undisclosed location if you know what I mean. Now we've got to make sure that this cover story is thoroughly perfected 100 percent."

Huengleza: "Consular General Jiang. While I've got serious misgivings about pushing this so-called cover story and despite my sympathetic concerns in order to prevent anyone from finding out the truth, I think this full-scale plan Operation Formosa 2.0 will work. Now, I should note there's going to be some difficult moments because of most journalists nosing around where they don't belong. There could be some drastic measures being applied and some unfortunate accidents."

Jiang & Huengleza began Operation Formosa 2.0 with the assistance of the Hong Konger Army's 970th Division Battalion including high-profile officials of the Hong Konger Embassy personnel staff as well as some influential diplomats.

Victoria Airlines Flight 673

During the late afternoon HRS of Friday, October 28th, the body of the late Hong Konger Prime Minister Jefferson Cheng was preserved by a Spanish embalmer, named Dr. Oliver Silvestra, who applied small injections into the body at the Silvestra Mortuary in the small town of Francoville. The place was heavily-guarded with security to avoid creepy stalkerish folks from wandering into the Silvestra Mortuary grounds.

After dressing up the late Prime Minister with a three-piece suit which included special vest, socks & boots, Silvestra's job was done. Overseeing the secret preservation project was none other than Harrison Jiang from the Hong Konger Consulate General office in Barcelona. Dr. Silvestra was paid over $773,000+ with additional raise of $6.6 million for "construction projects" of expanding the Silvestra Mortuary.

Closing the light brown casket shut by sealing it with the crank, Dr. Silvestra & Harrison both wheeled the casket out of the examination room & it was taken to the makeshift memorial stage, where Harrison & Dr. Silvestra carefully placed the Hong Konger national flag on the casket & tightened it with a long brown rope around it in order to make sure the flag doesn't fly off.

Members of the late Prime Minister's security detail carried the flag-draped casket out of the Silvestra Mortuary through a heavily-guarded white tent covering the grounds outside, leading it to the hearse. Accompanied by at least 5 vehicles, the calvade of vehicles drove out of the Silvestra Mortuary & drove all the way towards the Madrid International Airport, where members of the Cheng family boarded Victoria Airlines Flight 673 & waited in their seats while the late 4-term Prime Minister of Hong Kong's flag-draped casket was placed on a special scissor-truck before being placed inside of the backside of the aircraft, placed inside the private cabin room, where Grace Cheng, the former First Lady of Hong Kong stayed inside, sitting next to her husband's flag-draped casket.

At 6:00 PM, Victoria Airlines Flight 673 took off for the long flight to Hong Kong, where they finally arrived at the Mount Windsor International Airport in Victoria, where the Honor Guard personnel of the Hong Konger Defence Forces took the late Prime Minister's flag-draped casket via scissor-truck & into the hearse, where they drove to the Prime Minister's Residence & according to sources, the late Prime Minister's flag-draped casket laid in repose inside the Hammon Hall during the remainder of October 29th until the public viewing inside the Rotunda of the Parliament Building set for Monday, October 31st, where an estimated 138,000 people paid their respects inside the Parliament Building Rotunda until the early morning HRS of Wednesday, November 2nd.

Monday, October 31st-Wednesday, November 2nd, 1983: An estimated 138,000+ paid their respects to the late Hong Konger Prime Minister Jefferson Cheng inside the Rotunda of the Parliament Building in downtown Victoria, Hong Kong. Among the dignitaries paying their respects included Ambassadors from the Diplomatic Corps.

Wednesday, November 2nd, 1983: State Funeral of the late Hong Konger Prime Minister Jefferson Cheng takes place at the Cathedral Church of St. John the Evangelist with an estimated 3,673 in attendance. Foreign dignitaries in attendance included US Secretary of State George P. Shultz (representing the United States & US President Ronald Reagan), Japanese Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone, British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, Colombian President Lieutenant General Seymour Quintero, Saudi Arabian President General Jamal Al-Fayheed, West German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, Philippine First Lady Imelda Marcos, Australian Prime Minister Bob Hawke & countless others. During the final part of the State Funeral, the traditional 17 Cannon Salute was fired by the Salute Battery Unit of the Hong Kong Army outside of the church followed by the flyover from the Hong Kong Air Force. Soon afterwards, the Hong Konger national flag, which had been draped on Prime Minister Cheng's casket was folded by the Honor Guard personnel of the Hong Kong National Guard. Hong Kong Army Lieutenant General Theodore Biuneze, Commander of the Security Defense Command, personally gave the folded flag to Cheng's widow, Grace Cheng & the Cheng family.

Following the State Funeral, Cheng's casket was carried out of the Cathedral Church of St. John the Evangelist & placed into the hearse, where several family members said their final goodbyes as the hearse accompanied by six police motorcyclists from the Metropolitan Victoria Police Department slowly drove away from the church, passing by several key landmarks before leaving the TV screens for the final time. Sources indicate that Cheng's body will be taken to a secret undisclosed location. No other further details were revealed on any other specific details.

Somewhere in the outskirts of Mexico City, Mexico

Donna Belle Arizmendi de Robles was hiding some juicy hotness inside of her.

The daughter of the late Mexican First Lady Fernanda Arizmendi and three-term Mexican President General Oscar Robles, had been sent to private boarding school to work on her academics & enjoy life away from the pomp & extremely hectic Los Pinos (Residence of the Mexican President) in the heavily secluded wealthy suburbs of Mexico City. For starters, Donna Belle was sent to the Lake of Our Lady Episcopal School for Girls for the remainder of her primary education before venturing onto the college of her choice, the decision was up to her indeed.

Enjoying the deep seclusion & cut off from the rest of Mexico & the world for that matter, Donna Belle was wondering to herself what 1984 would bring considering the political backlash against her father's controversial national intelligence operation which caused the deaths of over 38,000+ & growing; 1983 was on the verge of ending & 1984 was around the corner because of a chaotic midpoint in the 1980s, which caused several international incidents exploding across the entire world. However, Donna Belle was bored in her large dormitory room due to the extreme heat (she complained about the constant warm heating due to the air condition being broke); She complained to Wilson about it, he explained the air condition wouldn't be fixed for about a few weeks, but until then, she'll have to open the window of her room.

It was 11:00 PM in the late evening HRS of December 31st, 1983: Donna Belle was bored & decided to take a shower (after spending HRS working on homework assignments).

While Donna Belle was showering, a mysterious figure was secretly tip-toeing around the premises of the boarding school. This mysterious figure knew the underground tunnels underneath the specific areas: he also had been using flashlights since it was quite dark in the midpoint because some of the lights went out & needed some major repairs. The mysterious figure found another wide tunnel passage, which got all the way toward the adjacent room next to a secret double-compartment connectimg to Donna Belle's room.

The mysterious figure was wearing all-black attire with an extra-largw hoodie when he calmly got inside of Donna Belle's room; Looking around the extra-large bedroom & analyzing where to put more secret adjacent trapdoors, when he noticed the bathroom door cracking open, he hurriedly snuck into one of the closet double-doors & hid. Inside the large closet, the mysterious figure took off the all-black attire & was naked & barefoot, plus sweating profusely as he snuck a large wide crack between the doors to see steam coming out of the bathroom.

Donna Belle came out of the bathroom, only wearing a white towel. She was naked underneath & barefoot, while the mysterious figure was eye-googling at the beauty of Donna Belle. Something was bound to give very quickly.

The time was 11:38 PM when Donna Belle removed the white towel & revealed herself completely naked, she looked at herself in the large mirror, caressing all over her entire naked body.

Inside the double closet, the mysterious figure was licking his lips & was attempting to fight the urge to barge out of the closet & make out with Donna Belle.

Donna Belle turned around to put the white towel on her rocking chair, when the mysterious figure quickly hid inside of the double closet. His heart was beating fast & the adrenaline rush inside of his body was aggressively flowing as his fantasies of Donna Belle's true sexiness underneath all of those buttoned up boarding school uniforms.

Looking at the open window into the extremely dark night, Donna Belle was caressing her hair as she was about to walk slowly to the bed & get some sleep. She preferred sleeping naked & barefoot anyway since it makes her comfortable & calm.

The time was 12:00 AM, January 1st, 1984, when the mysterious figure calmly walked out of the double closet & walked towards Donna Belle, who was laying on her back in the bed. He kissed her in the lips, she kissed him back. One thing led to another & they began engaging in steamy passionate sex all night long.
