This thread is for those who while serving in the Military had a Christmas away from home. Feel free to post your away from home Christmas's.

For me it was.......
1990: Operation Desert Shield
1991: Fleet Ex
1993: Operation Southern Watch

And because it is tradition I must recite the Night Before Christmas Nasty Nick 1993 Edition.

It was the night before Christmas. And all through the Ship. Everybody was stirring. Because the XO stole Christmas!!!

2020 Christmas I was in Korea. Enjoying watching my die hard marathon, but was alone. Luckily a buddy joined me the last 4 day we had so we hung out every day and drank
