The Byzantine Empire from 1070 (minus the Italian city of Bari) is moved to 1700 AD while the equivalent territroy from 1700 AD is moved to 1070 AD

1.1700 - Ottomans lost ruler and elites,including best troops.They are ceased to exist as state,Persia ,Russia,arabs - all they would take their parts.What if the Byzantine Empire from 1070 (minus the Italian city of Bari) is moved to 1700 AD while the equivalent territroy from 1700 AD is moved to 1070 AD?
Roughly speaking, these were the Byzantine Empire's borders in 1070 AD:
After that - Russia could not invade Byzantine,but - they could "defend" them from Austria,and Austria probably would invade.
Venetia,too.
Byzantines are fucked,but - at least we have christian Anatolia.
2.1070 - Ottomans fuck everybody else.Unhappy end.

Russia under Peter "Differently Competent" Romanov - the army will starve before reaching the Danube. Should - given some time - subdue the Crimea.
Ex-Ottoman lands:
Egypt - goes independent under the Maluks, maybe thinks about expanding into Syria. Or internal tensions/civil war preclude expansion. A toss up.
Tripoli and Cyrenaica - independent.
Syria - local pashas try to become independent and expand their holdings. Persia and Egypt are certain to be players, Persia certainly, Egypt possibly.
Mesopotamia - Persian invasion in three ... two ... one ...
Persia - indeed does push into ex-Ottoman territory, maybe Byzantine Armenia too.
Balkans - there is barely anything left of Ottoman holdings - the Banat only. Gobbled up by Austria immediately. Venetia is upset by loss of territory to ERE and fights. Vallachia and Moldavia go independent and descend into civil war
I wonder how distracting will this event be to European politics. If early enough in the year it could draw Peter's attention away from the Baltic and change the course of the GNW (if this war happens at all). Will Europe descend into the WoSS? Will a sort of crusade to save the ERE be launched? Will France make a move for the Levant?

Could they also advance into France, Britain, Germany, Poland, Russia, et cetera?
1.To troll Austria - they considered themselves hungarian kings,after all.And Hungarian army from 1070 could not win battle,but avoid it and destroy austrian countryside.

3.They could advance whereever they want.And,after conqering Europe and North Africa,fo to America and take Tolteks and whoever ruled in South America/there were few states before Incas/

Compared to Ottomans the 1070 ERE is weak! It is no replacement. A minor irritant for Austria.
On the other hand there is the psychological factor - the ROMANS ARE BACK. Constantinople is Christian again. And France can into Jerusalem ...
IMO yes. Up to more or less "single season campaign distance" from Constantinople.
Italy plus Corsica& Sardinia - as it is accessible by see. Austria. Maybe Czechia. Hungary. Slovakia - annexed or vassal. Poland proper - probably not, too far away over too many mountains - but withing raiding distance. Maybe vassal between Carpathians and upper Vistula? Podolia. Russia up to the forest-steppe boundry.
Vassal states can be created on the periphery.
The fun part will be the clash with the Seljuks
