Given how often these days it appears that tech giants are unknowingly harbouring this sort of abuse, I do believe we need to let the Sword of Damocles whack them into the head real good. By that I mean fines in the the region that makes the tech giants basically go without profit for a decade and stalling their development in place as all they're able to do for a decade is pay the bills.
This sort of wound would be remembered and for a long time.
There is a difference between being too dangerous to fuck with and too dangerous to let live.

Google and other tech companies will be forcibly split up, on top of that fines will be innacted on top of that if there is illegal activity. People will be put into prision.
